A fun way to be grateful – watch it….. even better – do it!
A quick year has passed by from an engagement shoot with Luke and Erica (http://wp.me/p3DOTO-e) to their recent wedding day. The wedding at Elm Hill Farm in Brookfield, Massachusetts. A classic 1870 New England estate, was a perfect setting on this hot summer’s day. Here’s a few highlights from their occasion. Congratulations to them!
Here’s a quick video of our lotus garden in its first blooms of the season and an amazing amount of dragonflies carrying on. If you’re lucky to hear it, the frog chimes in as well….
Traditional Americana – the front porch, a rocking chair, and of course a flag. Many days spent here enjoying a quiet morning coffee or lively conversations with friends and family. This day is about spending time with your loved ones reflecting on the moments that made our country great.
Morning walks and meditation to start the day, whenever time allows, calms my thoughts and renews my creativity. Easier said some days than others. The sights, scents, and sounds that surround me in these moments of being connected with them are truly a gift that is often overlooked in our busy lives. Take the time to find a trail off the beaten asphalt path and feel the earth beneath your feet.
